Entry Record

As you complete each leadership activity, we would like you to log that activity into the SAIL Entry Record form. At the end of the semester, we ask that you send in your form either via email or drop it off in 238 Sykes so that we can evaluate your progress using our in-house tracker. Remember, don’t be shy about your experiences; you'll never know what may count so list everything!

IMPORTANT: When completing a Contemporary Issue or Cultural/Art Event please type your VERY short reflection about the event into the Entry Record form. Your reflection should address the following: what were the topics discussed, what did you learn and how has your perspective changed. It should be no more than 100 words.
